Our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) journey shifted from a grass roots-driven effort to a strategic focus and business imperative because it was the right thing to do. Our affinity groups work beyond educating our employees on culture and heritage. They serve as a place to connect, build relationships and forge ideas for new pathways for the company. Our affinity groups develop programming, training and resources that advance and enrich our business and ensure 日本素人 is a place where everyone is valued.
